BlackBox Infinite is excited to share that our recent F1 x Vision Pro prototype was featured in MKBHD's video review of the Apple Vision Pro.

We developed this concept to serve as a north star for Augmented Reality and Spatial Interactions. Our core motivation, was that many of the existing and promised use-cases felt too reminiscent of apps and other past experiences.

Tech taste-maker Marques Brownlee, also known as MKBHD, highlighted our prototype in his detailed review of the Apple Vision Pro. Besides describing it as “so sick”, Marques pointed to the prototype as a signifier of the potential for the Apple Vision Pro.

At BlackBox, we felt the inclusion of our work in his review underscores the importance of meeting the emerging technologies with a new approach and a fresh mindset, rather than relying on the past decade of app-centric best practices.
